Giratina Gijinka by Gbioryl Giratina Gijinka by Gbioryl
I got the inspiration for this on Blackadventurescomic.com, where a commenter by the name of Reshiram was drawing pictures of Human Legendary Pokemon. Thanks Reshi!

Thanks! It's a pain to do it digitally, though.

What program did you use? This is really great, by the way!
I love the details from the Pokemon that you added into the Gijinka(?) form. The use of traditional Japanese wear really adds to the elegance that is Giratina. The headpiece is seriously cool.

Thanks. I used Sumopaint.com, because it's free and non-downloadable. I'm thinking of updating it, perhaps giving it a background and shadowing.

Really? What kind of tools does it include?
I'd love to see that. How advanced are your backgrounds?

Sumopaint includes tons of tools, and even more if you buy premium. My backgrounds aren't that advanced, but I do a damn good graveyard.

Oh, but there's a glitch. If you're in the middle of drawing and a checkerboard comes up out of nowhere, use the click and drag tool and it'll go away.

Is this Origin Giratina?
(It's Reshi, if you haven't guessed.)

I just learned the term for this kind of art is called gijinka, a Japanese word meaning 'Personification'.
